§ Dr. OwenAs I explained in my reply to my hon. Friend the Member for 67W Meriden (Mr. Tomlinson) and the hon. Member for Eastleigh (Mr. Price) on 7th May—[Vol. 873, c. 78.]—the Royal Commission on Compensation and Civil Liability is considering the whole question of compensation for damage resulting from vaccination.
