Pension—first 13 weeks Equivalent to husband's pensionable pay Equivalent to husband's pension able pay.
Subsequent pension* 50 per cent, of husband's average pensionable pay, plus 10 per cent, for each child up to a maximum of 40 per cent. 45 per cent, of husband's average pensionable pay, plus 10 per cent, for each child up to a maximum of 40 per cent.
Gratuity Equivalent to twice the pensionable pay of a constable of the Metropolitan force with 30 years service. 25 per cent, of husband's average pensionable pay.
* There is no abatement of this pension on account of national insurance widow's pension or family allowances but there is abatement by the amount by which any industrial injuries pension exceeds the national insurance widow's pension

No. My right hon. Friend is unconvinced that he would be justified in adding this requirement to the burden on the police in collecting statistics about crime.
