The rates of pay quoted are weekly. 2. Staff employed in London currently receive an additional London weighting of £2.40 per week. 3. Allowances of £2 per week under a threshold agreement are currently payable in addition. 4. There are higher rates of pay for head cooks. 5. Cooks who hold a cookery diploma recognised by the Ancillary Staffs Whitley Council are graded one pay group higher. This is equivalent to an additional £0.64 per week
