§ Dr. OwenI assume that the hon. Member is concerned about child safety. The packaging of medicinal products in relation to child safety has been examined by a Working Group of the Medicines Commission, the independent body which advises the Secretary of State for Social Services. I have now received its report, which I will publish as soon as possible. It is intended to consult widely on the recommendations and conclusions of the report and it would be premature to consider legislation until the consultations have been completed.
