§ Mr. VarleyThere have been frequent meetings of the Energy Co-ordinating Group since it was established at the Washington Energy Conference in February 1974. Discussions have covered cooperation over a wide range of complex issues which were set out in the communique of the conference. The group has made good progress and I hope that it will soon reach agreed conclusions.
