§ Mr. EadieThe provision of electricity generating capacity is the responsibility of the Central Electricity Generating Board. I shall continue to consider its proposals for specific developments in 13W relation to the estimated future requirement for electricity, to siting considerations including nuclear safety where appropriate, to the availability and cost of the proposed fuel and to the investment programme.
