asked Her Majesty's Government:
Whether they are aware that the E.E.C. draft Regulation COM(71)771 of July 13, 1971, endangers sections of the British poultry trade.

§ LORD STRABOLGI
Her Majesty's Government are in close and continuing touch with representatives of all sectors of the British poultry industry and trade and with consumer groups about the implications of this draft Regulation. The draft is currently under consideration in a Council Working Group and is likely to be substantially amended before being adopted.
