§ Mr. Andrew F. Bennettasked the Secretary of State for the Environment, in view of the fact that the public rights of way throughout Snowdonia have now been accepted for the definitive map, if he will now arrange for the Ordnance Survey to reprint, as a matter of urgency, sheet 109 in the 1:50,000 first series, showing the public rights of way.
§ Mr. OakesI understand that the necessary legal processes have been completed, but the definitive map of rights of way in the Snowdonia area has yet to be published by the Gwynedd County Council. The Ordnance Survey intends to republish sheet 115 of the 1:50,000 scale series—the sheet depicting Snowdonia—before the end of this year. If the approved definitive map is available by 15th August 1974 the rights of way information will be included.
