§ Mr. CroslandI am responsible for roughly 2,300 appointments in all, of which 1,310 are paid. This includes 992 members of rent assessment panels. The annual cost of the salaries and fees involved is of the order of £1,200,000, but this does not all fall upon my Department's Vote.
