§ Mr. William RossThe proposed new vehicle ferry service to Raasay is the responsibility of the Inverness County Council. There have been delays because the compulsory purchase of land for the terminal on Raasay, approved by my predecessor, is at present the subject of an appeal to the Court of Session.
