§ Mr. John SilkinThe Hillingdon Environmental Action Party has written to my right hon. Friend and has forwarded a petition requesting, an inquiry into the appeals against an enforcement notice served by the Hillingdon Council. The notice alleges the carrying out of building operations in the erection of oil storage tanks at 66 Albert Road. While the local planning authority had agreed to the appeals being determined on the basis of written representations, I have decided to arrange a local inquiry in view of the representations made by local residents and the additional ground of302W appeal which has been pleaded by the appellants. I shall be getting in touch with the council about possible dates.
