asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will review the level of income at which a form P11D return has to be made.

As the hon. Member will know, I undertook in Standing Committee on the Finance Bill to put down 307W a clause at Report stage which would have the effect of raising the level of income at which a form P11D return has to be made to £5,000 with effect from 6th April 1975.
