HC Deb 03 July 1974 vol 876 c200W
Sir G. Howe

asked the Attorney-General how many copies have been made available, where, to whom and through what channels, of the publications "Suing on your own" and "Small claims in the County Court"; and what steps are being taken to secure the production and distribution of further copies of the same two publications.

The Attorney-General

Copies of both publications are available at county courts, citizens' advice bureaux and most local authority offices. 100,000 copies of each publication were originally printed, and they have proved so popular that a further 100,000 copies of the booklet and 200,000 leaflets have been printed and are available to anyone who asks for them. A copy of the leaflet has also been supplied to all hon. Members.
