§ Mr. Forresterasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he is able to report any progress in his discussions with the Incorporated Society of Valuers, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the National Association of Estate 180W Agents and other bodies; and if he will introduce legislation in the near future to require all estate agents to be licensed.
