§ Mr. ArmstrongIn considering objections to proposals under Section 13 of the Education Act 1944 my right hon. Friend has regard to the obligation imposed on him by Section 76 of the Act in every case. No particular form of expression of parental wishes weighs more heavily than another; the weight to be attributed to this or any other relevant factor can be decided only in the context of particular proposals.
