§ Mr. Douglas-Mannasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he can now give more details of the extra assistance for high cost areas promised in the Consultation Paper on Reform of Housing Finance issued on 3rd June.
§ Mr. FreesonI have today sent a second consultation paper to the local authority associations giving the details of the proposed high costs subsidy. Copies of this document have been placed in the Vote Office.
