asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will add to the monthly publication of expected business in the EEC Council of Ministers a list of those draft EEC instruments on which representatives of the United Kingdom have placed a reserve.

No. I do not think this would contribute to the purpose for which the monthly forecast was designed. It could also be misleading, as reserves are sometimes placed on draft instruments for negotiating reasons.
