§ Mr. Robin F. Cookasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will publish in the OFFICIAL REPORT a list of those local authorities which have received borrowing consent for council house modernisation schemes since he recommenced the granting of borrowing consent for this purpose; and what is the amount of borrowing consent which was requested and granted in each case.
§ Mr. KaufmanI regret that I am unable, without undue expense, to provide this information; but it is departmental policy to approve any reasonable request for loan consent towards expenditure of this nature.
