§ Mr. MulleyA consultaton paper on lorry routeing problems will be issued shortly a study with TRRL and Herts County Concil designed to produce advice for other authorities on the preparation of lorry plans is in progress, and a series of meetings has been arranged by my Department with representatives of county councils and the industry.
