§ 60. Mr. Peter Reesasked the Attorney-General whether it was on his authority that it was released to the Press that the Director of Public Prosecutions is considering taking action on the basis of the inspectors' report on the First Reinvestment Trust Ltd and Nelson Financial Trust Ltd.
The Attorney-GeneralNo such Press release was made. I am informed that in response to Press inquiries the Department of the Director of Public Prosecutions confirmed that the report had been submitted to the Department and that it was being considered.
