§ Mr. Stratton Millsasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will make a statement on the current method of valuing houses which are to be acquired under the owner-occupier scheme relating to persons who have suffered hardship, and, in particular, whether the basis of valuation is to be the value of the premises at the date the house was vacated by the owner, rather than a minimum of six months thereafter.
