§ Mr. Anthony GrantIt is difficult to be precise since there is a time lag in picking up openings for departmental records and therefore figures are probably underestimated, particularly for 1972 and 1973. Additionally, several of the openings have not yet achieved their target employment and are still manning up. However, the following is the information known to the Department:
