§ Mr. AlisonSeparate figures for hospital admissions for tonsillectomy are not readily available. Waiting times for admission vary according to the circumstances of individual cases, and an average figure for the region would have little meaning. I will write to the hon. Member as soon as possible giving information about admissions and waiting times for cases in the ear, nose and throat specialty.
