§ Mr. Anthony StodartThe economic conditions and prospects for the beef sector, as for agriculture generally, are at present being discussed with the National Farmers' Unions in the course of the Annual Review. The support measures168W for this sector in 1974–75 will shortly be considered by the Council of Ministers. The Community has taken a number of measures recently to strengthen support for beef.
§ Mr. Deakinsasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food when details of the quantities of beef purchased under EEC intervention arrangements will be available.
