§ Mr. Eldon Griffithsasked the Secretary of State for the Environment when he first received application from Forest Heath District Council for his consent to a modification of yardstick requirements in respect of 80 system built houses planned to be built at Mildenhall by Llewellyn Homes Limited; why there has been delay in giving approval for this scheme; and whether he is satisfied with the standard of design and outside appearance of this type of house.
§ Mr. KaufmanApplication from the Greater London Council, acting as agents for the Forest Heath District Council, for the assessment of a yardstick based on tender details was received by the Department on 6th December and is being considered urgently. The Department has made no adverse comment on the layout and house plans proposed.
