will review those sections of the Agricultural Holdings Act 1948 relating to the landlord's power of entry on to tenant holdings.

As the hon. Member will be aware, we are considering certain aspects of the law on agricultural land lords and tenants but I am not aware of a general desire for amendment of Section 17 of the Agricultural Holdings Act 1948.
