§ Mr. Warrenasked the Secretary of State for Social Services why the interim payment of £2.66 per prescription issued between 1st January 1974 and 30th September 1974 is not being paid to all chemists who were in contract with the Department of Health and Social Security during that period and who incurred the expenses which this payment was intended to offset.
