§ Mr. Hooleyasked the Secretary of State for Trade if he will publish the Government's observations on the Expenditure Committee's report on the wages and working conditions of African workers employed by British firms in South Africa; and if he is satisfied that United Kingdom tax considerations will not inhibit British firms from exercising control over the wage and employment policies of South African subsidiaries.
