Whether they will give an estimate of the number of individuals and families who have removed from the area of the Greater London Council in each of the last ten years; and whether this movement is expected to continued.
§ Baroness BIRKEstimates available to the Government of movement of individuals from the GLC area are in the form of net figures which take account of movement into as well as out of the area. These are in Table 1.
Annual estimates for families moving out of the area are obtained from planned migration schemes to new and expanding towns. These are in Tables 2 and 2A.
Figures of migration assumption pub-iished by the Registrar General as in Table 3 indicate that the net migrational loss shown in Table 1 is expected to continue in future.
