To what extent the speeches by the Secretary of State for Trade to the Australia Britain Trade Association on 2nd August, to the British Trade Association of New Zealand and Chamber of Commerce on 6th August and to the Canterbury Manufacturers Association and the Canterbury Chambers of Commerce on 7th August represent present Government policy.
