HC Deb 18 December 1974 vol 883 c447W
Mr. Sillars

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland what consultations he has had with the Scottish NFU and the Transport and General Workers' Union about Government policy for abolishing agricultural tied cottages.

Mr. William Ross

The National Farmers' Union of Scotland has submitted written representations to my Department. There has also been consultation with the appropriate Scottish section of the Transport and General Workers' Union. Further consultations are proposed with all sections of the agriculture industry in Scotland.
