§ Mr. Ashleyasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if any complaints against the activities of private security firms have been referred to his Department; what action has been taken; and if he will make a statement.
§ Dr. SummerskillA small number of complaints has been received in recent years, and those alleging criminal offences have been referred to the police, or the complainant has been advised to report the matter to them.
