§ Mr. Denis HowellNone of the British Waterways Board's "remainder" waterways has yet been upgraded to "cruising" status under the provisions of the 1968 Transport Act. I am at present considering, in consultation with the board and the Inland Waterways Amenity Advisory Council, the case for seeking, by order, to upgrade certain of them.
