§ Mr. Corbettasked the Secretary of State for Industry whether, in view of the unilateral cancellation of the HS146 by Hawker Siddeley on 14th October, he will now seek to obtain the maximum financial penalties from the company for breach of contract as provided for in the original funding agreement between the company and Government.
§ Mr. BennI am advised that the company is in breach of contract. In their relations with the company, including discussions about the future of the project, the Government intend to take account of that fact.
