Mr. Hooleyasked the Secretary of State for Industry if he will publish a booklet setting out in simple terms the grants, tax allowances, depreciation allowances and other incentives for investment in industrial equipment and machinery, and include sample calculations on the working of these incentives, and distribute the document widely throughout industry and especially to small firms.
