§ Mr. Robert C. BrownWhen he announced the Government's provisional decisions on the defence review on 3rd December, my right hon. Friend stated that the size and roles of the TAVR will be maintained. Certain changes in the organisation of the TAVR will follow from the recommendations of the TAVR Review Committee, whose findings I have already announced.
