§ 43. Mr. Wigleyasked the Secretary of State for Industry what proposals he has to ensure that the Welsh economy gets full advantage of State investment in the manufacturing sector as envisaged in his proposals for the regeneration of industry in Great Britain.
§ Mr. HefferThe Welsh economy will benefit from planning agreements which will promote investment, particularly in areas of high unemployment, and from the establishment of the Welsh Development Agency.
