asked the Secretary of State for Defence if he will detail the effects that the Government's defence review will have upon the current size, range of activities and functions of HMS "Raleigh" and HMS "Fisgard Tor-point "; whether there will be any reductions in the number of civilians employed at these establishments; and what is the proposed time-scale of any changes.
