Mr. Spence

asked the Secretary of State for Trade if he will give details of the total amounts and identify in relation to the county of North Yorkshire the recipients and purposes for which grants and loans have been made out of EEC funds, including coal and steel funds, since the United Kingdom joined the EEC and the amount of United Kingdom payments to the EEC and coal and steel budgets over the same period; and if he will make a statement.
