§ Mr. Matherasked the Secretary of State for the Environment what consideration is being given to upgrading the pedestrian crossing on Hurst Road, East Molesey, where two fatal accidents have recently taken place, to a pelican crossing.
§ Mr. CarmichaelEarlier this year my right hon. Friend invited the highway authority to submit figures in support of its request for this crossing to be upgraded. He will take a decision as soon as the information is available.
