§ Mr. Hooleyasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will list in the OFFICIAL REPORT the names of countries which voted in the UN in favour of granting observer status to the Palestine Liberation Organisation, dividing the list into (a) European countries, (b) Commonwealth countries and (c) others not included under (a) or (b).
