§ Mr. David Steelasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will now announce a date for the proposed public local inquiry into the proposed private housing development at Rosebank, Kelso.
§ Mr. William RossI shall do so as soon as possible, but at present I await clarification by the local authority of the scope of its proposals.
