The Fuel Economy Unit of the Property Services Agency undertook a planned lecture tour through regional centres in the United Kingdom to publicise methods of improving the design and installation of heating systems to improve the efficiency of energy consumption in new and existing buildings. Lectures have subsequently been given to the Construction Departments Consultative Committee, the Faculty of Building, universities, and other bodies, Further lectures are being organised and articles have appeared in the technical Press.
