Members for Northampton, North (Mrs. Colquhoun), Wellingborough (Mr. Fry), Daventry (Mr. Jones) and Northampton, South (Mr. Morris) and the Chairman of the Northamptonshire County Council on the 458W subject of certain expenditure incurred by the county council on behalf of the development corporation.
