The figures relate to cases where the principal diagnosis or the underlying cause of death was salmonella infection (ICD 003) or food poisoning (ICD 005).

to it that administrative responsibility for the invalid vehicle service is retained within the health section of her Department, along with the artificial limb and appliance centres with which the invalid vehicle service has hitherto been associated.

I cannot at this stage add anything to the statement on the invalid vehicle service which my right hon. Friend made on 25th March.—[Vol. 871. c. 30–7.] All decisions on the future of the service must await the outcome of the on-going consultations.
