§ Mr. O'MalleyI would expect all local authority social workers to be aware of the services and benefits which may be available to meet the particular circumstances of those in need. It is my hope that local authorities will seek to improve their arrangements for publicising these, but it is for the authorities to decide what staffing arrangements would best achieve this.
