HC Deb 29 April 1974 vol 872 cc351-2W
Mr. Cryer

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will seek powers to control the charges levied by water and sewerage authorities.

Mr. Denis Howell

Mr. Cryer

Mr. Denis Howell
