§ Mr. HattersleyMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Scotland will be closely involved in the formulation of policy throughout the renegotiation. He has upwards of 150 officials in his Departments who are directly concerned with our European policies over the wide range of specifically Scottish interests.
