§ Mr. Russell Johnstonasked the Secretary of State for Trade if he will urgently initiate a viability study for the Employees Enterprise Action Committee, which is negotiating with Beaverbrook Newspapers concerning the future use of the Albion Street building and plant in Glasgow where the Scottish Daily Express, the Scottish Sunday Express and the Glasgow Evening Citizen were published, with a view to establishing whether the Government might offer financial assistance towards the starting up of a new newspaper operating from the same premises.
