§ Mr. Lawrenceasked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) whether he intends to introduce legislation to repeal the Housing Finance Act with retrospective provisions removing the disqualification of members of local authorities disqualified in consequence of failure to implement that Act;
(2) whether he intends to introduce legislation to repeal the Housing Finance Act with retrospective provisions indemnifying members of local authorities surcharged under that Act.
